Welcome to the Decor Vilage Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program application. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
Affiliate Obligations
As an affiliate, you agree to promote Decor Vilage products in a manner that is ethical and in line with our brand values.
You must not make any false or misleading statements in your promotions.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on sales referred to Decor Vilage through properly coded affiliate links. Commissions are paid on net sales (excluding returns and cancellations).
Payment
Payments will be made monthly for commissions earned in the previous month.
Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, depending on the affiliate’s preference.
Intellectual Property
Decor Vilage grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials for the purpose of promoting our products.
Affiliates must not alter, modify, or change these materials without prior written consent from Decor Vilage.
Termination
Both parties can terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all promotional materials and links related to Decor Vilage.
Liability
Decor Vilage will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
By joining the Decor Vilage Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that if you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not promote Decor Vilage products as an affiliate.
